YVFE3 160L-2/4/6/8 IE2 VF 3-Phase Asynchronous Motor
Motor Description
While repairing YVFE3 series high efficiency 3 phase asynchronous motor, it is required to remove the motor as per the following steps. The rotor can be removed from the shaft extension end or fan end. When the rotor is removed from the fan end, the fan is not necessarily removed. While removing the rotor, attention should be paid to protect the winding, to prevent from damaging the stator winding and insulation.
When the rotor is not assembled temporarily, it is required to protect the bearings and grease at both ends. The removed parts should be stored centrally, to prevent from losing. To avoid the problem while assembling, it is recommended to complete the position identification before disassembly, and take photos and keep records if necessary.
While replacing the winding, it is required to record the type, size, the number of turns, wire gauge, and other data of original winding. When the data is inconsistent with the original data, some performance of motor will be changed or cannot be used.
