YE4 160M-2/4/6/8 Low Voltage AC 3-Phase Asynchronous Motor
Motor Description
YE4 series 3 phase asynchronous motor can be driven by coupling, spur gear or belt pulley. For the motor with higher power and speed, the belt drive should be avoided as far as possible. If it is necessary to use belt drive, it is recommended to adopt indirect mode, so as to avoid shaft breakage caused by careless operation. When a low power and low speed motor is driven by belt, it should be prevented from breaking the shaft due to excessive tension and tight belt.
The second shaft extension of double shaft motor can only be driven by coupling. The second shaft extension of double shaft motor can only be driven by coupling. When coupling connection is adopted, the center line of motor shaft is required to coincide with the load center. When belt drive is adopted, the center line of motor shaft shall be parallel to the load center line of the load, the belt center line shall be vertical to the shaft center line, and shall not exceed the shaft extension length range. Adjust the tension of the belt when assembling pulley to avoid the impact of tight belt on the motor shaft and bearing.
