In the first half of March, a group of six people from Zhongda Huayuan Certification Center in Beijing conducted a supervision audit of our environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety management system. The audit was based on the requirements of GB/T19001-2016 "Quality Management System Requirements", GB/T24001-2016 "Environmental Management System Requirements and Guidelines for Use", and GB/T45001-2020 "Occupational Health and Safety Management System Requirements and Guidelines for Use", and was carried out over four and a half days in conjunction with the company's Integrated Management Manual Q/XD.QES.SC-2020. QES.SC-2020 "Integrated Management Manual", to conduct a four-and-a-half-day audit.

In the first meeting, Yang Guilin, the leader of the audit team, made arrangements for the audit process and related work, and the experts provided detailed explanations on the key points and precautions for the audit in their respective work areas. The company's leaders emphasized that all departments must cooperate seriously to establish a solid foundation for the standardized operation of the company.

The experts carried out a comprehensive and detailed audit of the operation of the company's system. During the four and a half days of the audit, all departments of the company attached great importance and actively cooperated with each other. The members of the audit team, with scientific methods and a rigorous attitude, carried out random sampling, data review, on-site investigation, questioning, and communication, etc., with reference to the relevant standards. They conducted a serious and detailed audit of the relevant factors in the operation of the system, which not only confirmed the effectiveness of the operation of the company's system but also provided valuable opinions and suggestions on the operation of the system.

In the last meeting, Yang Guilin, the leader of the audit team, announced the audit results: the audit issued a non-conformity. During the on-site inspection, it was found that the high-voltage assembly group of the assembly sub-factory is implementing the operation of the sliding hook without an anti-imbalance device. For this reason, the sub-factory was immediately corrected and necessary corrective measures were taken to rectify the situation. This audit of the company's environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety management system will be recommended to the Sigma Motor Audit Center to maintain the registration qualifications. The audit was successfully completed.

In response to the issues raised in this audit, General Manager Hao Xiangfeng asked all departments to take timely measures, summarize experience, and strengthen the implementation of training; to play a greater role in improving the company's quality, environmental, and occupational health management level, but also needs to continue to learn and practice. Emphasize strengthening the detailed management of the environment, quality, and occupational health, centered on people, to promote the combination of the standard operation of the system and the actual work to improve the quality of work.
