To improve the equipment, increase the production efficiency, actively respond to the requirements of the national environmental protection policies and upgrade the impregnation resin JF-9950 to the environmentally friendly pure epoxy insulating impregnation resin JF-9965, our company's VPI requires a stock of 50 tons of insulating paint due to the operation of the existing vacuum impregnation system. However, there are currently about 27 tons of insulating paint JF-9950 in VPI No. 1, and the current liquid level of the No. 1 insulating impregnation system cannot meet the height of the work piece. In order to make the most of the residual paint, the equipment personnel of the Manufacturing Department discussed the improvement plan multiple times through repeated research and field investigations, and finally determined the implementation plan, adding a set of paint return pipeline outside the vacuum paint immersion VPI system, and adding a set of paint immersion tank inside the paint immersion tank. The pipeline adopts rigid connection and flexible connection. The flexible connection is about 10 meters long PVC. The stainless steel mesh pipeline is 10 meters long, and the welded pipeline is 13 meters long. The safety valve of the pipeline is added, and electromagnetic control is used to control the returning paint. The operation is parallel to the original control system. To ensure safety and reliability, the evacuation valve is added. In order not to affect the delivery of orders, the equipment support personnel of the Manufacturing Department will implement the transformation in sections and flexibly use the PVC anti-static device to overcome difficulties and ensure that the production is not interrupted and the production progress is not delayed. With the working attitude of "challenging the limits and advancing bravely", we work hard and successfully complete this transformation plan.
Through this transformation, it not only ensures that the T1600 synchronous motor and the 800 high-voltage motor can be completed with the minimum amount of insulating paint, but also creates feasible conditions for the replacement with environmentally friendly insulating paint. It is estimated that more than 500,000 yuan can be saved in digesting the insulating paint.
