insulator
The insulators of Xi'an Xima Electric Motors are made by epoxy resin casting, which are high-temperature resistant, dirt-resistant, and moisture-resistant. They require no special maintenance, only periodic cleaning of the surface dirt. The three sides of the insulator have threaded holes for installation. When purchasing the Xima Electric Motor terminal insulator, the customer needs to provide the motor nameplate. If the motor does not have a nameplate, they should take a picture of the appearance of the terminal box and send it to the Xima Electric Motor after-sales service for confirmation.
An insulator is a special insulating component that plays an important role in overhead transmission lines. In earlier years, insulators were mostly used for utility poles. Over time, they developed into the form of disk-shaped insulators hung at the ends of high-voltage transmission towers to increase the creepage distance. They are typically made of glass or ceramic and are called insulators. Insulators should not fail due to changes in environmental and electrical load conditions that cause mechanical and electrical stress, as this would impair their effectiveness and damage the overall operation and service life of the entire line.
