If there are some faults in the motors used in cooling towers, this will have a significant impact on the use of cooling towers. Ensuring the normal use of cooling tower motors is a basic requirement to ensure the cooling effect of cooling towers. Although the maintenance of cooling tower motors cannot fundamentally eliminate the occurrence of cooling tower failures, it can also play an important role. During the operation of cooling towers, the noise of cooling tower dedicated motors is relatively high, which is a common problem. In addition, cooling towers usually operate under high temperature and low load conditions, with high working humidity and hot and humid locations, resulting in a very harsh working environment. If the baffle is set below 10%, the pipeline may vibrate due to excessive negative pressure, thereby endangering the safety of equipment operation. Personal safety and equipment safety are extremely important in any environment.

When the cooling tower is started directly, the starting current of the cooling tower motor is large, which can cause the incoming line protection action of the high-voltage power grid power supply, and the cooling tower motor cannot be started continuously. This requires customers to pay full attention to the current and rated voltage of the power supply when starting the cooling tower dedicated Sima motor, so that the motor can start under normal conditions. The power consumption of the cooling tower is large, and the power consumption of the cooling tower dedicated motor each time is about one day of normal operation. 

In normal operation, when the aperture of the baffle is less than 50%, significant throttling loss and wind pressure loss may occur. The solution to this problem is quite complicated and requires users to master some general knowledge of electricity. Although not every cooling tower motor will have these problems, many of them are often caused by negligence of the user of the Sima motor during use. Therefore, whether the user's cooling tower has the above problems or not, the cooling tower motor should be maintained during use to ensure the cooling effect of the cooling tower.
