  When operating this YBX3 series explosion proof motor, the ambient air max temperature shall be within 40 ℃ and mini temperature is minus 15℃, please consult the manufacturer whether to correspondingly regulate rated power, temperature rise limit, etc. Monthly average max relative humidity on motor running site in the wettest month is 90%, and meanwhile monthly average mini temperature in the month is no more than 25℃. Motor must be mounted in flameproof marks allowed safety environment. Motor shall not run under overloaded or any working condition different from rated condition, otherwise special purpose of the motor has been defined.

  
  

  
  

  Protection grade of the motor is IP55. Cooling way of motor is IC411. Rated amount of motor is a continuous rated amount based on continuous working system (S1). Motor has one or two cylindrical shaft extensions which shall be transmitted by user through an elastic shaft coupling. Rotation direction of motor shall follow regulations of accompanied technical documents. Motor adopts 155 (F) class insulation; temperature rise (resistance method) of motor stator winding is assessed by 80K, wherein temperature rise of 2 and 4 poles of frame size 315L and frame size 355 is assessed by 105K. Motor adopts a rolling bearing, and temperature limit is 95℃ (thermometer method).
