Xi'an Lite Simo motors Z Series DC Motor Overview
Z series medium-sized DC motor: center height: 355---710mm is a newly developed variety of medium-sized DC motor after the completion of the development of Z4 small-sized DC motor in our factory. This series of motors, its performance, shape and installation dimensions and technical requirements are in line with JB/T9577-1999 standards and IEC international standards, the motor's mechanical dimensions, tolerances in line with ISO standards.
Xi'an Lite Simo motors Z series DC motors can be widely used in metallurgical industry rolling mills, metal cutting machine tools, paper making, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, plastic extrusion machinery and other industrial sectors.
Xi'an Lite Simo motors Z series DC motor adopts advanced design, the stator base adopts polygonal iterative structure, which effectively makes full use of the space and has the advantages of small volume, light weight and good performance. The stator yoke, poles and armature core are all made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel plates laminated with good magnetic conductivity. The whole has excellent thermal conductivity. This series of motors adopt rolling bearings, non-stop refueling structure, and the insulation grade are all F class.
Z series Xi'an Lite Simo motors can not only be powered by DC unit power supply, but also by static rectifier power supply. Moreover, they have small inertia, good dynamic performance, and can withstand high load change rate, especially suitable for control system which needs smooth speed regulation, high efficiency, automatic speed stabilization and sensitive response.
Xi'an Lite simo motors Z series DC motor structure installation type, protection level and cooling method
1、The mounting type of Z series motors is in accordance with GB/T997 and IEC34-7 ‘Motor Structure Mounting Type Code’.
2、Z series motor protection level according to GB/T4942 and IEC34-5 ‘motor shell protection level’ standard, shell protection level IP23 and IP44 two kinds.
3、Z series motor cooling method according to GB/T1993 and IEC34-6 ‘motor cooling method’ standard has the following four, users need other protection level and cooling method can be negotiated separately. The cooling air inlet of the standard type of this series motor is at the drive end (not commutator end) of the motor.
3.1, IC06: external ventilation with blower; (protection class IP23)
3.2. IC17: Cooling air inlet is ducted and outlet is louvered exhaust; (protection class IP23)
3.3. IC37:Cooling air inlet and outlet are ducts; (protection class IP44)
3.4. ICW37A86:Totally enclosed with air/water cooler. (Protection class is IP44)
4. The required cooling air volume, air pressure and fan motor power of each machine base number are shown in Table 1.
5、Xi'an Simo motor outlet box position from the drive end (non-shaft extension end) depending on the right side of the seat (i.e., positive box), if the user requires the outlet box is located on the other side should indicate the reverse box.
Xi'an Lite Simo motors Z series DC motor use conditions
1、The rated power of the motors refers to the condition that the altitude does not exceed 1000 metres above sea level and the ambient air temperature does not exceed 40℃.
2、The armature circuit and excitation circuit of this series of motors can be adapted to be supplied by controllable power supply or by DC generator set.
The working environment of this series of motors should not contain acidic, alkaline or other gases that have corrosive effect on the insulation.
4, the motor can be installed in harsh environmental conditions, but must choose the correct cooling method and protection level to protect the normal operation of the motor.
5、The motor should be agreed separately if it is used in ships and wet tropics and the working environment has salt spray, humidity and so on.
6、When the motor is powered by static rectifier power supply, the pulse of the rectifier is not less than 6, and the peak ripple factor of the power supply is not more than 10% under the rated base speed, rated voltage and rated load current.
