Overview of Xi'an Lite Simo motors ZDT2 DC motors for sugar presses
The ZDT2 series DC motor developed by Xi'an Lite Simo motors is a new product designed and manufactured by adopting the latest technology on the basis of our Z series medium-sized DC motors, which is specially used for driving the rolls of sugar presses. The performance, dimensions and technical requirements of this series of motors are in accordance with the national standards (GB) and the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The mechanical dimensions and tolerances of each part of the motor are in accordance with the standards of the International Committee for Standardisation (ISO).
Xi'an Lite Simo motors ZDT2 DC motors for sugar pressing are used under the following conditions:
1, Xi'an Lite simo motors ZDT2 series DC motors can be installed in the relatively harsh environment, but the correct cooling method and protection level must be selected to keep the inside of the motor clean.
2、The cooling air of ZDT2 series motors should not contain acid, alkali and other gases that are harmful to the insulation and commutation performance of the motors.
3、ZDT2 series motors are adapted to be used in wet tropical areas with ambient air temperature not exceeding 40℃.
The power supply of ZDT2 series motors adopts static rectifier power supply or DC generator power supply.
When the motor is powered by static rectifier power supply, the pulse number of rectifier should not be less than 6. Under rated base speed, rated voltage and rated load current, the peak ripple of power supply should not be more than 10%, and it is permitted not to connect with flat-wave reactor externally.
Xi'an Lite Simo motors ZDT2 DC motor for sugar pressing cooling method and structure, installation type:
The protection level of Xi'an Lite simo motors ZDT2 series DC motors is according to GB/T4942.1 and IEC34-5 ‘Motor Shell Protection Subpole’ standard, and there are two kinds of outer guest protection level, IP23 and IP44. Motor cooling method according to GB/T1993 and IEC34-6 ‘motor cooling method’ standard, there are three kinds of IC06, IC17 and IC37, the standard form of this series of motor cooling air inlet at the motor drive end (non-commutator end).
The mounting type of this series of motors conforms to GB997 and IEC34-7 ‘Motor Structure and Mounting Type Code’. Standard IM1001 end cap bearing. Foot mounted, cylindrical single shaft extension. Derivable IM1002 end cap bearing, foot mounted, cylindrical double shaft extension.
The motor outlet box is located on the right side of the housing (i.e., the positive box) from the drive end (not the commutator end). If the user requires the outlet box to be placed on the other side of the chassis, specify the reverse box when ordering. The basic shaft of the motor is single-axis, and the direction of the shaft facing the outlet box (positive box) is the left shaft. If the user needs, it can also be made into a double shaft extension. The basic direction of rotation of the shaft is counterclockwise from the commutator end. The motor is driven by an elastic coupling.
Xi'an Lite Simo motors ZDT2 series DC motor product performance:
1、This series of motors are rated for continuous working mode SI.
2、The standard rated voltage of this series of motors is 440V, 520V two kinds, also can be derived from other levels of voltage, need to be agreed at the time of ordering.
3, the basic excitation of this series of motors is he excitation, the excitation winding has four lead terminals and is divided into two groups, the excitation voltage is 220V when the two groups are connected in series, other excitation voltage levels can be agreed upon at the time of ordering.
The short-time overload capacity of this series of motors is 2.5 times of the rated current for the base speed and 1.8 times of the rated current for the high speed.
5、The rate of change of current (di/dt) is allowed to be up to 200 times the rated current/second.
Accessories of the motor:
According to the user's needs motor can be designed to be attached to the speed generator, pulse generator, centrifugal switch and brake and other structural forms, the specific requirements can be negotiated with the factory.
