YXKS super-efficient water-cooled three-phase asynchronous motor
Motor Description
YXKS series ultra-efficient three-phase asynchronous water-cooled motors should be used when the altitude is no more than 1000m; the motor is treated with anti-corona measures if the altitude is more than 1000m. In addition, the ambient air temperature should not exceed 40℃, and the ambient air temperature should not be lower than -15℃, except for the following motors:
a) Rated power is more than 3300kW (or KVA) / 1000r/min;
b) Rated power is less than 600W (or VA);
c) Sliding bearing;
d) Consider water as the primary or secondary cooling medium.
The lowest ambient air temperature for these motors should not be lower than 0℃.
Cooling water temperature: For engines adopting air-water cooling (IC81W), the water temperature at the inlet of the engine cooler shall not be higher than +25℃ or lower than +5℃.
Cooling water pressure: For engines adopting air-water cooling (IC81W), the cooling water pressure of the engine cooler shall be selected according to the indication on the cooler nameplate.
The maximum average monthly relative humidity is 90% in the most humid month of the operating location; meanwhile, the minimum average monthly temperature shall not be higher than 25℃ in that month. When the ambient air temperature and altitude are not in accordance with the above rules, the temperature rise of motors can be corrected according to the provisions of GB 755.
The special field operating conditions should be declared when ordering, and a special purpose motor should be selected, such as: W—external light corrosion prevention type, WF1—external medium corrosion prevention type, WF2—external heavy corrosion prevention type, F1—internal medium corrosion prevention type, F2—internal heavy corrosion prevention type, WTH—external humid tropical zone, WTA—external dry tropical zone, and G—high altitude type, etc.
