VOITH electro-hydraulic converter
General description:
The German Voith VOITH electro-hydraulic converter DSG-B07112 is a high-performance hydraulic controller designed to provide excellent steam and oil valve actuator control for steam turbine control systems. The VOITH electro-hydraulic converter can convert the 4-20MA signal of the electronic governor into a hydraulic signal and supply it to the power cylinder, thereby controlling the main steam valve of the steam turbine, and controlling the on/off and speed of the steam turbine.
WSR position valve (oil volume positioner) is an electronically controllable pilot valve, which is composed of electromagnetic control part, 3-position 3-way WSR hydraulic part and 3-position 4-way WSR hydraulic part, which are respectively used for single-acting cylinder and 3-position 3 way oil cylinder. The position valve type WSR or 4/3-WSR controls the position of the hydraulic cylinder piston in a highly dynamic manner. The WSR position valve is equipped with a built-in positioner that quickly, accurately, and proportionally converts an input signal of 4–20 mA current to travel. Integrated control electronics are often used to vary flow rates dynamically and with high precision.
